They like all the equipment, etc. We, on the other hand, certainly know our equipment, but we go so much further to consider the people and emotions on your wedding day. That makes the whole difference between good photographs, and great photographs that will make you cry every time you look at them.

Real Wedding Story - We are Professional and Creative
Although we meet with every couple prior the wedding day to discuss their wedding details in small details we are aware that some things always go wrong despite all preparation. Sadly, the bride booked the makeup artist 90 minutes before the ceremony to do makeup and hair for the bridal party of four plus mum. The makeup artist was really professional and keen to speed up with the bride’s makeup and hair just to give us a few minutes to take photos before leaving for the ceremony
Oh gosh, can you imagine a small hotel room with twenty people in it and a very concerned bride and worried mum. We took photos of all the bridal accessories, her beautiful Vogue gown, filmed all the messages from parents and the bridal party and bits and pieces of the bridal makeover preparation. When she was ready for the gown we took quickly “the must have” photos as she was putting her gown on and left the room leaving them to finish the bridal party preparation; we left for the ceremony. The bride was just 10 minutes late.
It was priceless seeing the smile on her face when she saw for the first time the preparation photos on our big plasma screen. She was so grateful that we didn’t miss any single thing, even a tear in her mum’s eyes when she saw her daughter for the first time in her beautiful wedding dress. Shoes, The shoes were researched long and hard with limited options. They were Allan Pinkas shoes covered in white silk with Swarkovski crystals. Can you imagine the wedding album without so precious item? I can’t.
As a woman I know how much time, effort and sleepless nights every bride put into searching and buying any of the accessories, even the smallest one and how precious they are to them. I take time to nicely position them and photograph them. My brides adore every single photo of their precious accessories especially those blended into backgrounds of their wedding album.
Imagine having a friend or inexperienced photographer to photograph your wedding. The things happen without our control and we have to go with the flow. The friend wouldn’t bother to take any photos feeling “It wasn’t my fault” and inexperienced photographer would take just a few photos thinking the bride is to blame. As professionals we know that no one is to blame and “the things” most of times go differently than planned and we are always ready for contingency and in search for the unique part of your wedding day.
